Ring Forged From A Nail. Ground Finish W/ Hammer Marks
These were the first thing I ever taught myself how to make. They are forged from regular old nails. I start by flattening the nail, bending it around the horn of my anvil (using my precision calibrated balls of the eye). When it is about ¾ of the way bent into a ring, I cut off the head and the tip, chamfer the corners, and finish bending it to round. This style has been ground but some of the hammer marks were left in the design.
If you are interested but want a different size, material, finish etc. please reach out to me and we can sort something out.
